Editorial Standards
Diajem Sports Network is committed to accurate, independent and clearly labelled sports journalism.
Accuracy and verification
Stories should be supported by reliable evidence. Official announcements, primary documents and direct statements are preferred. Reports that cannot yet be independently confirmed must be presented as reports, not established facts.
Transfers
DSN distinguishes between confirmed transfers, agreements, negotiations, interest and rumours. Reported fees, wages and contract terms are identified as reported unless officially disclosed.
Sources and quotations
Quotations must retain their intended meaning. Anonymous or secondary sourcing requires additional scrutiny. DSN does not reproduce another publisher’s work as its own.
Images and rights
Images must be owned, licensed, permitted, embedded lawfully or created for DSN. Artificially generated visuals must not be used to misrepresent a real event.
Artificial intelligence
Automation may assist with monitoring, research, drafting, categorisation and production. Human editorial control remains mandatory for sensitive, disputed or high-risk material. Automated output must satisfy DSN verification and rights checks before distribution.
Corrections
Substantive errors are corrected transparently. Readers can report a possible error through the Corrections page.
Commercial independence
Advertising, sponsorship and affiliate relationships do not determine DSN’s editorial conclusions. Sponsored and commercial material must be clearly labelled.
